Hi, I am Alex
I integrate all of my knowledge and over twenty years of experience into my classes, groups, and private sessions.
Through chanting mantras, working with Reiki energy, and producing sonic vibrations with my Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, I offer a unique and healthy way to balance your thoughts, emotions, nervous system, and essence.
For seniors and those with limited movement who want to increase strength and flexibility, I offer Restorative (Yin) Yoga paired with Crystal Singing Bowls and Chair Yoga.
This unique combination of techniques, wherever you choose to join me, provides a fresh approach to relaxation, meditation, healing, and balancing the brain and emotions.
